Lenz Sport Bike frame and Skibike Frame Warranty Policy

All Lenz Sport Mountain bike frames and ski bike frames are warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and manufacturing for two years from date of delivery. Does not cover damage from negligence, crashes, or anything else not determined by our team to be a defect in workmanship or materials. If determined to be covered under warranty, we will repair or replace at our discretion.

To submit a warranty claim, please send an email to [email protected] with photos of the damaged area and any information on the cause of the damage. We will respond within a week with instructions on how to proceed. You can also call us at the shop to discuss.

If you crash your bike and it’s damaged, please contact us about a crash repair or replacement.

Deposits and lead times

A $1,000.00 non-refundable deposit is required to place an order for a mountain bike frame or a SkiBike. We do not guarantee lead times, but we will give you a rough estimate. Lenz Sport is dedicated to building handmade and extremely high quality bike frames, wheels, and full bikes. We fabricate every single part of the frame in house down to the bolts, dropouts, pivots, and cable guides. The manufacturing process is very unique and can vary in the amount of time it takes. By ordering this frame, you are getting something special and different from what any other company in the world can offer. We greatly appreciate your patience throughout the process and we look forward to delivering your bike. We cannot provide constant updates, but we will let you know when your frame is almost ready for power coating so we can finalize your custom color choice. Until then, let us know if you want to make any changes to your component choices or frame options.

Cancellation policy

Once deposit for an order is placed, the process for creating your bike or skibike begins. If you need to cancel your order, it must be done within 7 calendar days (1 week) after placing the order. Please contact us if you need to cancel your order.

Shipping policy

All mountain bikes and ski bikes being shipped within the United States are shipped via UPS or Fedex and are sent signature required.  All bikes being shipped over seas are usually shipped via DHL.  Once your bike is ready to ship, you will be contacted by someone on our team to confirm the shipping address.  If needed, an estimated date of delivery may be provided.  If for some reason you need to change the delivery address, it must be done at that time.

When you receive your bike, inspect the box and the contents for damage before signing for it.
