All Lenz Sport Mountain bike frames and ski bike frames are warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and manufacturing for two years from date of delivery. Does not cover damage from negligence, crashes, or anything else not determined by our team to be a defect in workmanship or materials. If determined to be covered under warranty, we will repair or replace at our discretion.

To submit a warranty claim, please send an email to sales@lenzsport.com with photos of the damaged area and any information on the cause of the damage. We will respond within a week with instructions on how to proceed. You can also call us at the shop to discuss.
