When ordering a Lenz Sport bike, frame, or ski bike you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please ask us if you have any questions about the build process.

A non refundable deposit of $1000 is required to place an order for a bike frame and a non refundable $3000 deposit is required to order a complete bike.

Lead Times

Lenz Sport is committed to making the highest quality handmade mountain bikes and ski bikes right here at our factory in Colorado. Our focus is on quality, not speed. Lead times for our handmade bikes can vary greatly, and are difficult to predict. Many things can occur throughout the process that can cause delays. We will provide you with estimates on delivery time, but those estimates are never a guaranteed delivery date. We can only guarantee delivery dates when the bike is in the box, ready to ship. The one thing we can guarantee, is that when you receive your bike, you will be astounded by the craftsmanship and ride quality.

For those of you who are looking for a unique bike that is handmade and amazing to ride, you have come to the right place. When you decide what bike you are interested in, call or email us to see what frames we have available. We often have the frame built, and it simply requires powder coating and assembly. If we don’t have your frame, we will put it into the build queue and create your frame, built-to-order, in the next batch of handmade bicycle frames.

Color Choices

We have many choices for colors and decals. Please specify frame and decal color when requested and be sure that it is listed properly on your invoice or parts list. Single color, in-stock colors are included in the price of the frame. Multi color, special order colors, or custom paint jobs cost extra. Please ask and we will quote your paint job.

Once the details of your order have been finalized, your frame will be placed in the queue for production. You will be notified when it is ready for powder coating for the final color choice or any color changes. Once the frame has been powder coated, we assemble the rear and front triangles together. Once that step is complete, we either ship the frame or assemble the complete bike, depending on your order.

If you plan to pick up your bike from us, we will do a fit when you pick it up. If we are shipping the bike, we can set it up based on your body measurements or make recommendations for you to set up the bike on your own.
